• Listen to the Instructor.

• Keep your belt tied properly.

• Don’t mess around during lesson.
• No chewing gum or toffee during the lesson.
• Be nice to other children, help them if they don’t know what they are doing.
• Always ask for help if you need it.
• Don’t leave the training hall without asking the Instructor.
