HSTS Taekwon-Do is a member of the UTA and also UKITF which is the governing body for ITF Taekwon-Do in the UK. The UKITF is a full member of the British Taekwon-Do Council which is recognised by the sports council.
I am dedicated to teaching authentic ITF Taekwon-Do to anyone who wishes to learn. I believe in what the founder said in that Taekwon-Do is for anyone and everyone, so whether you are fit, unfit, and at any age you to can learn this exciting form of self-defence.
